I do too many things and I am so happy about it!

Its perhaps many lives as my by-birth religion teaches; its only one life – my in-practice belief reasons. I do not want any regrets and I do not want to repent (much) when I get my chance to reminisce just before I fade away {hope I get that moment}. I do not wish to think why I did what I did or what I could have done instead…

I do lots of things and most argue that this is silly and crazy. I am continuously trying to stretch my 24 hours and do more.

Some of the works I am doing and have done are mentioned here. Some require high levels confidentiality and hence I am unable to mention the names of some of my clients.

Have something interesting… talk to me. If you help me make lots of money, talk to me… if its going to be fun, lots to learn and something to create… please talk to me… money then is nice but an afterthought!

One of UK's Top Universities

This client is ranked amongst the top 10 Universities in Great Britain and is considered to be one of the finest places to pursue higher studies, especially in Social Sciences and Film & Media Studies.

I work as a consultant to establish strategic alliances with industries and corporate bodies to build the institution's brand presence in India. Interesting progresses made in recent times that will set the University apart amongst a plethora of competition, at least in the Indian landscape.

170 year-old American University

My client is a 170–year-old value driven seat of higher education, par excellence and has provided some of the best names across a wide variety of fields, worldwide.

I assist them with strategic tie–ups in the Government space and are very hopeful for our first major linkages that will cement the University in South East Asia through novel means — certain initiatives that will benefit students from both continents. A strategic tie—up with an Indian university has already been done — where 2 new courses and a round of funding has already happened. Exciting times.

IPE Global

IPE manages some of India’s largest Government projects, which are funded by multinational agencies.

I am assisting them in setting up a Data & Knowledge Management System and developing a first-of-its-kind Knowledge Hub in Delhi & Kolkata

Management & Establishment of 50,000 sq ft
L&D Centre, Edison, ICARE

50,000 square feet, 4 storey Learning & Development Centre in Haldia. State of the art Technology, 24×7 power backup – security – administration – facilities management, multi-cuisine food court.

This 3 yearlong assignment was one of its kind for me. It gave me the immense opportunity of being involved with something from inception to commissioning – helped me understand all nuances of a large scale L&D centre – challenges that were unknown during planningstages, problems that were not foreseen by me or my colleagues despite our collective 200 years of experience, opportunities that we had not even thought of even after conducting our market surveys. It was an immensely gratifying and humbling experience.

Trained 3500+ CA students – Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

From 2003 to 2010, I have had the honour of training in excess of 3500 Chartered Accountants for periods of 15 days.

Few know more CAs than me. Along with this and the 10,000+ students whom I trained spread across Engineering and Management Colleges – I can proudly say that I am never alone in any part of the globe. I am grateful that I have had the opportunity and I could share with the people who matter the most – the youth.

If there is something that I have enjoyed the most is spending time with young minds.

2012 will be the year when I will restart this romance – bigger, better. Watch this space.

Competency Mapping of 4000 employees – Simplex Infrastructures

Simplex Infrastructures is one of the largest construction companies in India with a 100 year old legacy, in excess of $2billion in revenues and thousands of critical implementations across India and Middle East.

Our Assessments division was commissioned from 2007 to 2008 to interview, assess and report on 4000 employees across 40 project sites. This project was not just a regular assessment and competency mapping drive. This also helped me understand the largest industry in the country – infrastructure. The findings from our work helped Simplex’s senior management take critical decisions about people and projects – helped hire better and set metrics to manage performance.
